As of 2003, the Seattle Writergrrls online publication is titled Uncapped.
According to Microsoft Style for Technical Publications, e-zine is only acceptable if it's an "underground" publication and webzine is okay if it's mainstream. However, clear parameters regarding what constitutes the definition of either don't appear to exist. Use "zine" in order to retain consistency, unless the site being referenced uses another term in its title. If the site being referenced is Seattle Webzine, "Webzine" will be used since it is the title of the Web site. If it is being used in the generic sense, like I submitted my story to an online zine., then zine remains uncapitalized.
